At a certain point the neck knob where you have to twist off to clean that little filter where the water comes out from tends to get stuck where cant unscrew it. This product has to be fixed or recalled.

My mother has this sink in her kitchen. After a year the aerator became clogged, so she just ran it without. Then one of the handles broke (the plastic within the valves). I bought her a new one and went over to install it to find that after hooking it up it has absolute no flow out of the sprayer or the faucet. I removed the aerator and still nothing. Take the faucet off and check the pressure and everything is working as it should. I will be returning it tommorow and buying a different brand. ...

My old one broke and this one looked like it but not the same. The colors matched. I was irritated because my old one was on display and they discontinued it but wouldn't sale me the display one that was showing. Take it down then. Bad customer service I do customer service also and that's not how I do customer service.
