Perfect when you can’t use a plug-in fountain!

We have used the original microban version for years but loved the idea of this stainless steel version. We weren’t disappointed.our cats love their water bowls even more than before! The water also stays cooler and the base is much easier to clean.

Stainless Steel Replendish Waterer

The plastic bottle needs to be replaced and there is no replacement part. It is a waste not to be able to reuse stainless steel bowl and the plastic bottle is not very durable so will not last as long as bowl and will need to be replaced. Can there be an offering in replacement parts for this? Also, you are sold out of stainless gravity waterer and its the only one I have found that does not get all gross when you use a combo and add Oxyfresh to water for dental care

Useless

I just bought this & I should NOT need a degree in rocket science to figure out how to fill the wretched thing! No directions are given for filling & there's nothing online to help. NOT recommended.

Nice bowl does the trick, but...

Always hand washed the bowl and bottle. One time it got put in the dishwasher. Done the bottle was destroyed. Checked all the packaging, no dishwasher warnings. Now we cannot purchase another bottle? Petmate the bottle should be available as a replacement part. Provide package / product cleaning instructions. Would have never thought a normal wash cycle would do this, very disappointed.

Not a good investment!

I was very disappointed. I change the water often, but skip a day and mold takes over.

Not a very good product

The water bowl on this is plastic. My dog recently developed a mouth infection and my vet told me to get rid of all plastic feeding and watering dishes. Also, the mouth has started to rust a little bit, so so much for stainless steel. The water level is very low. It’s only good for small dogs

Poor design

The old style LeBistro was a much better design. It kept the fresh water from the bottle separate from the drinking section of the bowl. Fresh water flowed through a hole and the bottle never got stinky from the slobber. Had one of those for years until the bottle recently got a crack in it and had to buy this one since you can't buy the replacement bottles. This one there isn't a separation from the fresh to the drinking and the bottle has to be washed every time the bowl is because it is nasty...

No replacement bottle .. really?

Loved the water bowl. No mold but after a year or more the plastic became brittle and leaks. Bummer that there is no replacement. I would recommend other product.
