Stupid Concept
Why would anyone think it is a good idea to put powder on the collar, which goes everywhere, and which can cause irritation to the dog if it gets in the eyes or mouth? if we wanted something topical, we would have bought the liquid treatment that goes on the back of the neck! What a waste of $20!
It is not clear in instructions how to separate collar.

I had written a bad review ...but....after 3days with petarmor fleas for the most part gone!!! My dogs are much better. I am pleased.
