Item will likely be damaged and full of poop.
Good chance the item will be delivered broken and covered in bird poop. Lowe’s store rep told me bird poop is complimentary and part of the Lowe’s experience. Cage itself is durable if you can find one that is t busted and rusty.

This Pet Sentinel (Also labeled "Lucky Dog" on product) kennel COULD HAVE BEEN fantastic! It looks nice, it is very quick and easy to put together, and overall is clearly way higher quality than ugly chain-link alternatives. There is one glaring oversight that blows my mind to think this manufacturer would be ok with: NO side panels sold separately!! If you are happy with the 5' x 10' size, great. Incomplete. The kennel itself was the incorrect one. I had ordered one and received a different brand. The issue came to it being delivered incomplete. We picked it up at our local Lowe’s. They sent 2 girls to deliver it to our vehicle (very heavy). My husband, son, and I ended up loading it up ourselves, and when we got home, we noticed that the latch, cover, and zip ties were missing.
