Horrible! Don't buy! Junk!
Absolute junk. where do I start? Plastic knows, grill heats slowly and cooks unevenly, large drip pan won't come out unless you take the grill apart. Then there's the cheap grates that everything thing sticks to. seasoning didn't help. Heats up sitting in the shade..when off..Horrible six ways to Sunday. I miss my Member's Mark grill that does after 5 years. This is a hunk of junk. I hate. and I mean HATE, this grill. It is terrible. Rubbish!
Built like a kids Fisher Price starter BBQ
I was shocked at how cheaply this BBQ is built. The knobs felt like they were going to fall off and the shelves on the sides couldn't hold an ear of corn without slipping. It has a cool retro look, but it stops there. I wouldn't recommend this BBQ to anyone who actually wants to use it for grilling.

PLASTIC!!
I was so excited to get this grill, but when it arrived with PLASTIC knobs, I was shocked and disappointed. It looks so cheap and ugly. Absolute yuck. Now I'm stuck with it because I paid for delivery. For this price you can get a grill with metal. I wonder what else is plastic??

Flawed out of box.
Got this as a gift because I knew my wife would like the colors and she isn't confident with charcoal yet. Right out of the box the issues started. It was packaged with two right side brackets instead of a right and left. Manufacturer wanted me to jump through hoops to get it replaced, I just offered to buy the bracket. Finally after waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, I finished assembly. It has a large dent in the door which prevents it from closing properly. The left burner refuses to ignit...

Don't buy the Protection Plan
when my heat diffusers burned through the Protection Plan will not reimburse, or honor their 50% reimbursement plan. of course you don't know that we you purchase the plan.
Total junk!
The burners cracked apart after 1 1/2 season of very light use. Avoid this brand. Stuck with a pile of scrap metal now that I will have to pay for it to be removed.

Pre-Season your cast iron grill!!
This is a great grill! Very well made with lots of good features. However with the grilling area being cast iron, it should be pre seasoned. The first couple things we cooked, even though we put some oil on the grill, everything stuck. We decided it like a cast iron skillet and should be pre seasoned; We cleaned the grill very very well, then put a lot of oil on the grill top and bottom rack, turned it on for about 15 minutes and let it heat up. Perfect smaller 2 burner unit
Wanted a compact grill for small porch. This unit looked so nice and happily looks not deceiving. We have grilled lamb chops, skewers, salmon, chicken and a tri tip. All a beautiful success. The smaller size heats up to 400⁰ in just a few minutes. Love this grill!
