What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this feeder's effective squirrel-proof design, with most noting the weight-activated cage mechanism successfully blocks squirrels while birds enjoy unrestricted seed access. Many highlight multiple perch locations and strong bird attraction. However, some report durability issues, particularly plastic components cracking under squirrel pressure, causing seed spillage or structural failure. A few mention difficulty refilling or incompatibility with local bird species. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the squirrel-deterrent performance worthwhile.

Birds and squirrels alike can’t get the food.
The bird activity is at its lowest ever. Only the red house finch can get to it and the spring that holds the gate up sags so it’s not aligned. I’ll be returning this product

Not What I Ordered.
I ordered 100% aromatic Cedar Mulch. They delivered non-cedar. I called and after 5 transfers and 20-30ish mins they arranged to send the correct order. The replacement delivery was wrong again. It was cedar mulch but not the 100% aromatic cedar I had ordered. It was a cedar blended with natural wood products. Two tries and a long phone call and I still don't have what I ordered.

The squirrel blocking leaves also block birds
Nice looking product that is impossible for birds to access the seed.
