Scratches easy.

This flooring scratches really easily and always shows dirt. We just installed it and several scratches already. We don't have in-house animals and no little kids. We tiptoe around the house to avoid scratches.

Poor Management and Customer Service

Today was my last time shopping at Lowes. I purchased over $900 worth of flooring took it back because every time I went the floors was never in. So I didn’t have enough to cover my floors. If you like scratched floors, then look no further. $3500 in material looks like junk 3 months later. Unless you don't ever use your floor, it will get scratched. Even soft plastic scratches it. Insane.

Don’t let it be delivered in the rain.

Did not get to use product. It was delivered in the rain and several boxes were soaked and others were wet and flooring wet. Flooring was not protected from rain, should have been covered or not delivered. Called Pergo about if could be used and was told to return flooring as they would not warranty it. When it was picked up two days later, the truck had two pallets of vinyl flooring on it that was soaked.

Looks Great and fairly easy to Install

This Engineered Wood Floor has a very thin veneer of actual Hardwood. Although each plank is about 3/8 inch thick, this veneer is about 1/32 inch. Having never worked with this type of product before, there was a definite learning curve with the first room. Once you learn the tricks and what works and what doesn't, installation goes fairly smoothly. This product does not cut well however, so it is a good thing you will be using quarter round moldings over all 3/8 inch spacing. The aforementioned...

Lovely color, looks classy.

I wanted Engineered Hardwood, but my family room is a large space with a fireplace, so I wanted the room to look updated, not like a cabin, and not too busy. This has perfect brown tones and exactly what I wanted. I used 6mm cork as the underlayment as I was laying it over tile. Perfect choice. I have a 25lb dog and get his nails buffed, no scratches.
