Very Disappointed in the Poor Quality & Durability
We purchased the Pergo EverCraft Winding Creek Oak flooring in April 2025. We installed it a few months later in our brand-new construction home of over 3500 sq ft. Here we are not even 7 months after moving in and we are experiencing issues all over the house with the flooring. We have places where the flooring has dings, dents or holes in it. Very disappointed in the process of trying to get something settled with Pergo and Lowe’s how to get a response on what they are going to do about my damaged flooring.
