A Distinctive Floor

Once I became familiar with the use of a floor nailer, the installation was logical and successful. The floor boards were beautiful and although there were a substantial amount of shorter boards included, they did not adversely affect the fine appearance of the overall presentation.

Excellent variation of wood tones

Love the variations in wood tone. Laid 600+ sqft on a 45 degree angle, which dresses it up even more. Very easy to lay with the appropriate nailer. Having laid oak in several homes, I believe a manual nailer lays a tighter floor than a pneumatic nailer. (And it's great practice for the national Whack-a-Mole Championship.)

Great product for the price.

This flooring went down quick and easily. Some boxes contained a lot of shorter pieces but most were filled with longer pieces. I am a first time installer and had no problems installing this flooring.

Excellent flooring

We purchased this flooring for a small bedroom/office. The quality of this flooring is excellent. We had very little waste (less than 5%). For those who complain of too many shorter planks, I don’t think the amount of short planks was unreasonable. I will grant that the more expensive flooring (we used much higher priced flooring for our main level (~1000 sq. ft.) has fewer short planks. However, at this price point and especially for a room with rugs, furniture, etc., this is a great product. A...

Looks good

Real wood means real grains. There is a lot a of variance in the color with less than 1% unusable. Out of ninteen boxes we only had 4 or 5 pieces with bad knots and another 3 or 4 that the color was too far off to use. Very happy with the finished produce
