Perfection Floor Tile Cork/Satin 0.05-mil x 20-in W Click Lock Wood look Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring ( 16.7-sq ft Carton )

Placed the order, got no response from the company about shipping estimates for 10 days, had to call Lowes 3 times just to eventually get a answer that there was some sort of vague "material issue". The company selling these could not commit to even a ship date for 1-2 week after already missing their promised delivery date. Cancelled the order. Dishonest actors, terrible communication, especially for a company that calls themselves "Perfection." Don't buy from them.

Edges buckle & wear, no response from warranty

We bought these as they advertised them as very durable, ok for commercial use (not using them that way, just have 3 big dogs) and had a 10 year warranty. Within the first year the edges pulled apart and are buckling, the gaps trap dirt and the pattern on the edges have worn off. I contacted their customer support team and was directed to one individual to help with warranty claim and never got a reply, haven’t heard anything for weeks. Don’t buy these!!

Be care to check dyelots

I love the flooring but had a horrible time matching the color , I ordered 4 boxes to finish a laundry room and 3 matched the last was about 4 shades darker, no way to match it. Was very disappointed in lowes, the carpenter had put it down without really checking, unfortunately its not something I can live with, so I had to lose money by ordering another box. I will warn people to check batch or dye lot # . That was hard. Have to pull up dark ones. And pay contractor to put down right color. Its...

We installed it in a laundry room

Very easy to install, very forgiving on a old floor. Love the color.

Unique pattern-takes a while to arrive

It looks beautiful on the floor, but is not easy to install. Uses tabs to fit into notches which only work in square rooms, get ready to use some glue around the edges

Additional boxes completely diff color than orig

Loving the initial $2k? Approx in tiles we ordered and received. The additional 2 boxes we’ve ordered are both drastically different in color as in all pink vs brown tones with some pink. Putting a call in to Lowe’s now to see what they can advise/offer

Tiles do not click together properly

This is not the easiest floor to install. The concept is good but for some reason many of the tiles will not click into place correctly leaving them sticking up and there is nothing we can do about it. My vacuum gets stuck on them. We already installed this just in an area where we come in from outside and we thought we would be able to get them to click after a while but they will not click into place. The sub-floor is flat and clean. Very disappointing.

The tiles only lay out in one direction so don't t

This tile worked great on our uneven floor where we couldn't use plank flooring. It laid down easily and was easy to cut.

Good, could be better

Great stuff, no reason why they can't make the tabs 4-sided, is wasteful. They have other offerings where the tabs are on all for sides, by limiting this to two sides you may have to waste a lot of material depending on your cuts.
