We love our new storm door, my wife was a little concerned about installing it ourselves but to be honest , it was the easiest door we have ever done. The instructions were simple . It is beautiful, the blinds glide up and down the ease. We had a lot of air coming inside prior to the door being installed. We have notice a huge difference in the temp in the foyer, and no more air coming in.

Missing part of frame, took forever to get someone to answer the phone, wouldn't send me the missing part, wanted me to bring the whole thing back at my expense and I live 40 miles away.

Bad experience! Waste of time and money!!!!
The installation by Lowes was horrible. They lost the door knob or ordered the wrong one several times. I couldn't keep track of all the stories I heard from the different employees I spoke too so I gave up on having a storm door that locks. More issues with the door followed. First, the shader slider kept falling off and is now unusable; then, the door knob handles rotated, falling out with increasing regularity. I'm pretty sure the set screw is stripped now because it will only stay in for a...
