This is not against the windows, this is against Lowe's. I signed up for window replacement process, and was given a time between 9am and 1pm for the estimate visit. Never showed up. No one answers the phone, the AI phone system is trash. I will not be using Lowe's to replace my windows. Big job, and you lose!

Had to buy a window with the lip for new installation because they don’t keep them in the stores for old construction so had to cut it off worked well just had to pay about an extra $30 just to have to cut the lip off

different profiles
I bought two of these windows. the same SKU number and item number. but they ended up with two different profiles. it's extremely frustrating that I was sold an that does not match the other. this resulted into cost with my contractor cuz he had to remove it after installing it.
