First, the door has always been heavy and hard to open/close. Now right after the 2 year mark when labor is no longer covered under the warranty the seal on the door is bad and it is all fogged up and looks terrible. So disappointed.
Parts fall off after less than a year
The internal edge spacer bar fell off of this product less than 6 months after purchase. Called Pella and they want to charge $840 as a service fee. So while they say their warranty covers parts and labor, they make it all up with a service fee. Would not purchase anything from Pella again.

It's a Pella
Nice 8 foot slider. Slides easy for it's size. Universal, can open left or right. There was a slight delay in shipping but not too long, about 10 days. This slider has received poor reviews due to shipping. We chose to have it delivered to the store. It took 6 associates to load it unto our truck. I even had an associate precheck for damages before I drove 45 minutes to pu. The associates were very helpful. No damages. I recommend store delivery.

Poor customer service
Ordered on 08/02/2525 continue to get run around on if they have made the door. They continue to assure me that it is on its way and then the day of arrival 09/02/2025 nothing. It gets moves out to 09/20/2025 I have directly called and spoke with customer service at Lowes where again it's assured that it will arrive this time, again waited until last minute to let me know it will not be delivered and they cannot get me any information until Monday since they are not open on the weekend. DON"T ORDER THIS DOOR!
Ordered this door 2 months ago and had installers waiting to install on the promised date (confirmed by a text the night before). Door never showed up. Received a text saying a two week delay. Now I have to pay the installers who were here waiting for the door, and I have to pay to have the huge hole in my house covered while waiting for the door! Poor customer service
I ordered this door over 7 weeks ago and my delivery keeps getting pushed back. Lowes doesn’t communicate with me on what’s going on. The delivery date just keeps getting later everytime I log in to see the status. When I call Lowe’s they are rude or don’t call me back. If I would have known all of this I would have ordered the door through someone else. Save yourself the hassle and buy with someone else.

Worst experience ever in a home improvement process. Order two 8 ft Pella 150 series glass doors March 1st. Showed up April 2nd very damaged. Took a while to get answers on when replacements would be shipped. Finally was told new doors would arrive May 14th. I am giving a 2 instead of a 1 star because the Lowe's associates are trying to be helpful. I haven't received the door yet. It was supposed to have arrived 4/28/2025.
