Easy to assemble, check the parts list, read the direction and have a good screwdriver. As soon as the cat learned the food was on the second floor and the bed was on the first there was no getting her out of there. We love it, she loves it, what else can I say.

Great investment!

I love this house. It does take 2 sets of hands to assemble but it was not difficult. My outdoor kitties started using it within 2 days. Make sure to use straw for the bedding. (not hay)

Great product but the sides were a different color than the image depicted. It wasn’t a bad color, but the picture should match the actual product including all the colors.

Very cool and pretty

I love this cat house. Unfortunately, I bought it for 3 semi-ferrel cate outside to keep them warm with a warming blanket. I didn't realize that they wouldn't want to be in an enclosed space. So they sleep in front of it. If I brought it inside, This is not a seller issue, this cate house is absolutely gorgeous and was semi-easy to put together.

Bottom door

The feral cat's think the outside bottom door should be an entrance......... I keep shoving them in and showing them in the hopes they learn soon ! Also they don't like the plastic door opening, but I do !! I thought it was insulated, so I put some styrofoam on the upper level and when our winds die down I will go out and remove it, it keeps them from wanting to go in. I love the shelter, it is gorgeous and have had many people ask where I got it so I posted it on Facebook. Hope you get more or...

Awesome House!

We have four feral cats we feed daily, and we thought the house might keep them comfortable during the upcoming winter. The house is made beautifully, easy to assemble by a single person, and it came with all the parts and screws it was supposed to come with. Recommend using a driver drill and a mallet to assemble. Small Cat House

Received the order in reasonable time so was happy about that. The unit is nicely made, although it would have been good if it was treated for outdoor use. The outside sitting porches are particle board, so will have to treat them for outdoor use.

Impressive

There were a lot of parts. Assembly took a couple of hours. We have three cats. They seem to like it and all fit.
