Worst installation process I’ve ever done
I’m a 30 year carpenter and have installed some pretty wild devices. Never have i seen such a terrible install of something so easy. Normally, i install a bathroom fan in 1 hour. This took almost 4 hours.

Bath fan retrofit
The fan is overall bigger (size) and more expensive than I was looking for but having the selected speeds made it compatible with the bathroom I was remodeling and small blemished around the ceiling opening. The fan is super quite and exactly what I was looking for. Great product.

Quiet and well made
Easy installation with expandable bracket. Bigger than traditional bathroom fans, likely to require enlarging the original cutout. Pay careful attention to the orientation of the power and exhaust duct prior to installing the frame.

Install directions lacking
The printed instructions say to install the power and vent portion first. The online installation video shows the bracket being installed first, and the power and vent portion screwing into the installed bracket. How do you secure the actual fan insert if you've used screws to secure the power and vent? It will seem like you're missing screws. I'm still not sure I installed it correctly, but it's installed. It looks good and it is pretty quiet. I'll probably buy another.
