Dead after 18 months

Would Not Recommend

I spent $150 more than the next brand assuming I would be getting a high quality product with a warranty that would cover me if there were issues. After 18 moths, the exhaust & heat are both dead. The 3 year parts and 6 year motor warranty are worthless if the company doesn't reply to messages to honor them. I will never purchase another Panasonic product again. I should have stuck with the Broan that I know at least responds to it's customers.

Sold Defective Items

Would Not Recommend

I bought two of these vent/heater/night light/light units online. Verified the installation twice, viewed Panasonic videos, and reviewed installation instructions. Vent fan, heater, and night light work fine. The light did not function on both units. Verified voltage to the pins inside the unit and all was good. I called Panasonic and gave them the serial numbers. Panasonic rep said the light on these units is nonfunctional and asked me to send an email to Panasonic with a case number. I ...

Superior to older Broan Units

Would Recommend

Installation was straight forward but this was in a full cut bathroom so I had open access to the ceiling joists. Would be more difficult to retro fit but It would be possible. Much quieter than my old Broan heat/fan unit. Overall, it does exactly what it says it should do and works well in my 90sq ft bathroom.
