bought the Stockholm 11'x27' and I could not have been more pleased. Installation was a challenge since Lowe's did not provide installation to this product. Found independent contractor who provided the service with 4 man crew and took 1 1/2 days

the polycarbonate panels get dirty very easily and require frequent cleaning to maintain their appearance.

I want my time and money back.
Hours into the install, after searching multiple hardware stores for the odd sized bit specified (13/32) I find that the provided anchors spin freely in the pilot holes and it is impossible to securely anchor the brackets to my wall. I now have a half finished project and holes in my siding as I search for an anchor solution. Extremely disappointed that my time was wasted. For the price I could have easily just had a contractor build me something.
