Lowe's is dysfunctional, Purple leaf is good

ordered an umbrella, never got the base. Lowe's was not helpful and argumentative about it until I contacted the manufacturer. Purple leaf responded, was able to send me the tracking number for the base and help me locate it. After jumping thru hoops with store personnel I finally had them go find it in the shipping area. Shipping issues

Second, when I went to pick it up, I was only given the umbrella, and I had to return again to get the base. Finally, the umbrella itself arrived damaged, as you can see in the picture. Functionally it works and the damage is not glaringly visible overall and the fact that it’s heavy results in my not wanting to disassemble and return.
