What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the pole saw for exceptional cutting power, lightweight design, and ease of use. Most highlight its ability to handle branches up to six inches thick with minimal effort, quick two-to-three-pull starts, and comfortable handling that reduces strain compared to heavier models. Many emphasize excellent value, calling it commercial quality at an affordable price. Several note the ideal reach eliminates ladder climbing for high branches. A small number report mechanical issues like oil leaks or smoking motors, and a few mention starting difficulties, but most consider it a reliable, sturdy workhorse for residential trimming.

DON'T BUY! Worked ok the one time it started

Would Not Recommend

My wife bought me this saw for fathers day. I put it together and went outside to use it. I put fresh ethanol free fuel mixed 50:1. I followed the cold start instructions. It took my wife and I 30 minutes of trading off trying to start it. We finally got it to run but it died about 20 times before it would finally idle. We got it to run and I cut for about 10 minutes. I tried to start it again the next weekend and it will not start. I can't return it as Lowe's return policy is 48 hours for a pol...

Great little machine.

Would Recommend

I bought this to help reach up high while trimming palm trees. It slices right through them. It has come in handy on a few occasions. Trimming mesquites down is a breeze now.

Never shop at Lowe’s Again

Would Not Recommend

I tried to buy a pole chainsaw from Lowe’s a product that was only available for online purchase. The first one was delivered earlier this week and the bid was absolutely shredded so I returned it, could only imagine what I’d find if I opened the box. The 2nd one, the reorder, was delivered the same way. I immediately drove to the store to return for a refund. After waiting 15 minutes while they tried to figure out how to refund the warranty I purchased along with it they then told me they would...
