Absolutely Not High Pressure
The water pressure coming through this shower head is incredibly low. It doesn't cost much and is worth even less.

Not Really High Presdure
This shower head is gentle and really is missing the high pressure as in the title. I do like that the water is soft and gentle. The water doesn't splatter all over the shower doors.
