Shower head is stationary.
Bought because we have low water pressure. Provides a nice steady flow of water. Once mounted the head cannot be adjusted, had to mount upside down for water to hit in the middle of tub.

The waterfall is not really a waterfall
I love all the different setting. The one thing I don't like it leaks at the top when its on.

Good shower head
We used this head on a vrbo in which we stayed. My wife liked it so much we purchased it when we returned. We like the various settings. Good water flow. When installing be sure to be generous with the Teflon tape. It took at least 6 wraps before it didn’t leak. That just maybe because of my shower connection.
