Oxygenics EasyConnect w/ Colossus 8.0 -Spray Chrome 4.53-in Square High Pressure Handheld Shower Head 1.8 GPM

Cracked - cheap plastic parts

Bought 3 and 2 have cracked already. One is in a guest bathroom, not even used yet. We must’ve gotten a defective batch. Returning them all.

Cracked in less than a month - cheap plastic

The entire thing is made of cheap plastic parts, one of which cracked in less than a month. The locking mechanism also doesn’t work if you rotate the head it comes crashing down on you. Very disappointed as I’ve purchased other products from this mfg that exceeded my expectations. Will be returning. Giving two stars as it looks nice and has lots of options.

Doesn’t stay on at all

Every time the shower is turned on, it flies off and makes a mess. And when you try to reconnect it, you’ll have to try a dozen times before it finally catches and sticks.

Good spray, poor design

Purchased in March 2026 and by May the magnetic release was having difficulty. Now in June I have to return as the release will not work.

New Shower head

I love the design but the cord doesn’t lay flat, it took a while for it to hang straight down. Otherwise the design is beautiful and goes great with my remodel.

Release button stopped working

I like the shower head, but the magnetic release stopped working seven months after purchase. You need to pay to get a replacement shipped. Will not purchase this brand again.

Release button

After less than a year the release button for the magnet has stopped working. You can't unlatch the shower head which makes it unusable as a hand held shower head.

Great value

It works and looks nice.
