New Shower head
I love the design but the cord doesn’t lay flat, it took a while for it to hang straight down. Otherwise the design is beautiful and goes great with my remodel.

Release button stopped working
I like the shower head, but the magnetic release stopped working seven months after purchase. You need to pay to get a replacement shipped. Will not purchase this brand again.

Release button
After less than a year the release button for the magnet has stopped working. You can't unlatch the shower head which makes it unusable as a hand held shower head.

Functional
I like the color & all the different settings and it still has good water pressure. Though I'm not sure if the oxygenation feature is doing anything different. I'm not a fan of having to push a button to release it from the magnet.

Poor Design
The magnetic latch would never release easily. I had to always fight with it until it finally broke. The button never worked properly. I tried to get it replaced through warranty and decided against it since I was going to have to pay to return, be without a showerhead during, and then pay for shipping on replacement, for a product, I wasn't even sure was worth spending more to try again.
