Good choice to finish the ridge.

I was looking for ridge shingles to complete my small reshingle job on a shed and wanted to match the other shingles which are multicolor. I couldn't find 3 tab shingles in the same color and found these. These worked very well for installation and color and I expect them to hold up in high wind conditions. But I barely had enough to finish the job. A limited number come in each bundle and they are pricey.

I read some of the reviews on here, some good, some bad which made me feel a little skeptical about purchasing this product. I was concerned about them breaking as you bend them when you install them during this cold weather. I gave it a try anyway. First thing I noticed was, they were very stiff and I thought it wasn't gonna work but it did. They didn't break and they look good! I'm sure this product has more flexibility when it's installed during a better warmer weather.

poor material

the ridge caps. are very thin and brittle .. they break when you try to bend them over the bend of a ridge. they break when you try to cut the excess off at a ridge or hip corner over hang.. the flat shingle are a double thick shingle.. these ridge caps are a thin single thick shingle. we had a hail storm of golfball size hail and most of the ridge caps have holes in them.not dents. .complete wholes.. they look nice when install.and that is about it.. most sortes in my area stopped caring th...

Quality Shingles

Second purchase of these ridge cap shingles. Vibrant color. Easy to install. Be aware that new design and packaging only provides 20 linear feet of shingles per bundle. Old design was 33 feet per bundle. I ran short and had to order more. Still, I am very pleased with the results and quality.

Superior ridge shingle but twice the per ft cost

Used these singles to repair existing roofline

Easy to install. Needed these to make a repair on the hip line caused by storm damage. These are the same singles on the roof; the roof was installed in 2006 an has held up well.

Easy to use

Had to replace a few ridge shingles after a bad storm in unseasonably cold weather. Shingles were easy to work with - easy to replace.

Nice looking shingles

We had a huge hailstorm a few years ago. We used these to replace the damaged roof. They look beautiful, and have withstood several subsequent storms.
