THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING
Very disappointed. It looked cute when assembled however the seat cushions are very hard and the back cushions are very thin - overall very uncomfortable. The two free throw pillows are very thin. Also note, covers are removable for washing but must be washed BY HAND - not machine washable as were other sets I researched. Sadly, I have chosen to return the set. I was really looking forward to receiving it.

Good couch
It’s a good sturdy couch but if I didn’t find attachments for my drill it would have taken a very long time to set up. Also the Velcro stickers that are supposed to keep the ottoman cushions in place don’t really stay on.

Terrible cushions
These cushions (especially the back) are awful. It’s like sitting on a brick with zero cushion between you and the back. I have “taped” them as instructed, shook, laid flat…and the bottom line is they are terrible. The little pillows are flat as a board as well.

Don’t purchase the assembly
Box was dropped off at front door. I paid for the assembly. Assembly person came said they couldn’t do it. I called Lowe’s they said they couldn’t do it. They said they’d refund the assembly fee, but they did not. It is still not assembled and delivered to the wrong location at the house.

Terrible quality - do not purchase
I purchased this set in May 2023 - within 1 year the chairs and foot rest were unraveling. The quality is terrible, and they are not comfortable. Do not waste your money.
Cheap couch
Couch backing is stiff and the cushions are too thin. You will feel the stiffness from the couch materials when sitting. One of the ottomans is also uneven in the legs so it rocks back and forth. If this wasn’t the case, probably would’ve gone 3 stars…
