Underwhelmed
The upper shelf does not stay situated in its holes on the hood so that one end comes out of the hole and starts to collapse inside the grill when the hood is raised. Plus, when items on on the upper shelf grill, they drip between the cover and the base so you better have something between the grill and the surface you are cooking on or it will get food drippings on it.

im so glad i found this little grill online!! ive had my current one for years! it stays in the back of my truck in the elements and has lasted this long!! top rack is rare in these small grills. i love it. im online right now buying my second one. i finally killed this one by not taking care of it. i got my moneys worth.
