Missing parts. Frustrating customer service

Just like others mentioned, ours arrived missing key parts that prevented us from finishing the build. It took an hour with Lowe’s customer service and then the actual vendor to get them to send us the missing parts. It took several more days to get the missing parts because they only ship before 3 pm on certain days. It’s very annoying and frustrating that at this price point, the product arrived unusable.

Easy Build, Not Super Sturdy

This planter box was relatively easy to put together. Not sure if the ground it sits on makes a difference in its level of sturdiness, but it wiggles when touched--ours is on pavered ground.

Good product. Needs lots of dirt to fill

I like that the bed did not require tools to put together. However, I purchased 4 of these and all were missing the screws needed if you were to use them on grass or dirt. Otherwise, you need to set them up on a hard surface. Wear a mask. The cedar sheds and the material is dusty. They also need a LOT of dirt to fill. Do not underestimate that!

The bed was simple to put together with two caveats. First: Look carefully at putting together the legs and where the plastic strips go. The guide is a little difficult to tell so look at it carefully. Second: I would probably suggest putting it together as near as possible to the spot you are going to keep it.
