Chair looks good. However, it came with no instructions and no screws or hardware to assemble the chair. I called customer support twice, but still haven't heard back. Its been a week.

Want to Love - But Can't Even Assemble!
I purchased this chair on July 6. It is now August 6 and I am unable to use the chair as of yet. I have a piece missing required for me to assemble the chair (It is simply one of the rubber feet required to set it on the ground).
