It’s a great product and very stylish.

Installation no show.

It is still in the box. I paid hundreds extra for installation. I took the day off for the scheduled appointment and waited all day. When I called the store, the said a manager would call me back later that afternoon. No call for 3 days. I called the store again and the phone rang for over an hour without answering.

Want to love this product

I really love the look of this product, and it goes well with the feel we’re going for in the house. Unfortunately, there are no options for replacing the shade if it breaks (which ours did during installation). Because it’s a custom shade, you can’t interchange a different one and there are no options online for ordering replacements. We really like the look of origin21 products, but will probably not buy again since it’s not possible to find replacement parts.

Very nice but bulbs not replaceable

First, I will mention a couple of negatives. First, the bulbs are not replaceable. Though they say they should last like 20 years or something like that, I know that often bulbs do not last as long as advertised. Second, the light is a bit of an off-white, rather than pure white. If the bulbs were replaceable, I would put pure white bulbs in them. It's also not easy to extend the chain. That won't be an issue for most people. But, as you can see in my photo, mine hangs from the second floor ...

Nice Light Fixture!

It was a breeze to put up, taking some of the links out of the chain was a bit difficult but I can see that it’s secure to ensure the chain doesn’t give way after removing some links! I only have one concern, in the event the bulbs go out, how do we change them out? Overall good product!
