Defected valve
This item has been installed and troubleshooting it. it is a defected valve. please contact me regarding getting a replacement valve without uninstalling the complete product

Nice addition
I loved the color. It was the only square matte black in stock at my local HDs. It matches my black matte bathroom finishes in my master as I newly redid my master shower. The only thing I didn’t like was then shower head attachment length. It was a bit too short/close to the wall so we bought an extension and then added the shower head. We also didn’t use the tub faucet as we have no need for it. It would be nice if they made sets without that.
