12” oven

This is a quality oven. I’ve fired it up three times so far, making 2 pizzas each time and am still getting the hang of it. Everything has been edible and each pizza is better than the previous one. Practice makes perfect!

Took a bit to get used to it

After scorching several pizzas, I think I have the hang of this. I think the directions of 30 seconds at a time is too much if the pizza is placed towards the back. I started putting the pizza towards the front, and I turned it 4-6 times after about 15 seconds or so. Worked much, much better. Glad I purchased! It would have been a 5 star if my pizzas didn’t keep getting burned based on the directions.

We had been considering an OONI pizza oven, and when we saw the model was named Koda, and our Corgi is named Koda, it seemed like it was meant to be. This oven is straightforward to operate and control temperature. This is small enough you could transport it easily, we kept the box and store it in our garage. Our first attempts at pizza were not bad at all. I keep an extra peele under the oven for emergencies and that’s been handy. We’ve yet to lose a pizza and our process has improved. This...
