This is so multipurpose. Sure, you can fill low spots in your lawn, but you can also use it to mix into some potting mix for a seriously nice raised bed soil that actually has some real dirt in it instead of just mulch and wood chips. Give it a try. And it's only at Lowes! I can't find it elsewhere.

Most bags were rich, dark soil. Other bags were dry, hard full of small pebbles and large sticks/wood pieces

Not the worst but it is mostly stick and stones. Don't use for top dressing the lawn as after it rains looks like a bunch of debris of mulch and stones on top of the lawn.
