Saves time and money
As a roofer, I highly recommend this pipe boot collar because I've installed quite a bit of them on customer's pipes due to the cracking and tearing of the existing boot collar. This little fella saves owner's money when it has to be repaired because of a leak due to the fact it is quick and easy to install.
