Provided offset required
Pipes got moved out of position during concrete pour. Needed 4” of offset to achieve ADA compliance. This 45 street flange paired to another 45 provided that.
Bathroom upgrade
We haven’t installed this yet. Our house is over 100 years old so there are some old pipes that desperately need upgrading. We anticipate that this will work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As remodeling contractor we never know what we will find when we start a bathroom renovation project. Sadly more often than not we find a floor joist dead nuts centered on a floor joist when we lay out the new bathroom, rather than carve up the joist - a very bad plan - we are able to utilize this offset flange and avoid hacking up a floor joist.
