The included raising tool and removable basket allow you to easily lift the drain cover and gain easy access to thoroughly clean the drain. This drain is compatible with both PVC and CPE waterproofing liners. Drain accessories such as waterproofing, bonding adhesive and drain base are sold separately. Would Not Recommend

Your website says that returns are easy. Nothing is further from the truth! The process takes me back to a page that says that the product has been delivered but there is no link to start the online return. Calling the "Customer Care" number on the website I was told that I have to bring the product to a store which is 50 miles away. I will never order anything on-line from Lowe's again!
