Defective Hinges
Purchase door from Lowes as I saw it it online and thought it was beautiful. After 6 months the door became more and more difficult to open until I got locked in the shower and unable to get out. Vet scary! Had to call my husband for help to get out. We thought the door was going to crack but was luckily able to get out. After I was safe my husband inspected the door to find out that the hinge seized up and needs to be replaced. Please advise how I replace this hinge.
Defective Hinges
I bought two doors in-store so did not do my homework first researching before purchasing. I had my master bathroom and my daughter's bathroom remodeled and bought the same shower doors for both. The problem started a few months after buying but I really didn't think that the hinges were the issue but as time has passed, my daughter's door is so hard to open it feels like it's going to shatter. Shower door leaks
Shower leaked real bad around seals from the beginning. We never could get door to close properly. The bottom Hinge locked up my husband could not get of the shower without breaking the hinge. Now the door won’t shut at all and the hinges are broken. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Terrible
hopefully people read the reviews on this more than I did! The lower hinge has completely locked up and this $750 door is completely useless. also doesn't seal or close right. Doesn't matter now because I can't even get in the shower to begin with.

Faulty "Snapping" Hinges
This is a beautiful shower door, but the hinges are faulty. They work beautifully for awhile, and then they begin to LOUDLY snap (think firecracker) when opening and closing the door. We have had additional hinges sent and have oiled them frequently to no avail. It kills me to have to have this door removed, but the snapping sound drives us crazy and is unacceptable.

Door Hinges Ceasing Up / Clicking Noise
We purchased this door for our home bathroom renovation about a year ago. Within the past 3 months the door locked up while a relative was in the bathroom. They panicked and push the door opened with immense force that they feared the glass door would shatter. I've since applied W-D 40 on the lower hinge but it makes a loud clicking sound when you open and close it. I am desperately trying to find a replacement hinge for my families safety.

Not for DIY people that have never installed a glass door before. Item works fine. Use a pro to install vs trying yourself.
Hinge failure
Made a huge mistake of buying this door and waiting months to install it. Now after being installed for three months my hinges completely seized while in the shower and was terrified it would break the glass if I opened it to get out. Had to climb out with a latter. Lowe’s obviously won’t do anything about it cause it’s been over a year from purchase and they can’t go back that far in their system to print us a receipt. Can’t seem to find a phone number for OVE :(
