What Customers Are Saying

The product has a mix of positive and negative reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its features like the heated seat, bidet, and water-saving capabilities, and find it easy to install. However, some have experienced issues such as the seat breaking, flushing problems, leaks, and malfunctioning parts, with some reporting complete failure within a couple of years. The quality and reliability seem inconsistent, and the customer service process for replacement parts has been frustrating for some.

Bad seat design, low water level in bowl

Would Not Recommend

The seat will not stay straight on bowl when closed even after repeated tightening, and it's now failing to stay in the up position. Closes on its own after about one year. The fastening system that attaches the seat to the bowl is goofy and poorly designed; a downgrade in my opinion to traditional seat bolts that hole the seat on straight. The seat has been disappointing, but the biggest coimplaint I have is the insufficient water level resting in the bowl. The water level is too low despite...

LEAK

Don't buy this product... I will never buy anything from this brand again. The toilet always leaks at the wax ring. After replacing it twice, buying a rubber ring... then buying a thicker wax ring... nothing works. We spent so much money trying to make it work, and the toilet is still leaking! It's really poorly designed because the hole under the toilet is much further away than the edge that covers the base, so the toilet doesn't fit properly on the wax ring. A plumber took care of it, because...

hat box style toilet

Would Recommend

As a design professional I have used this toilet in many projects and found it exceptional in function and design. If you don"t have the budget for expensive ToTo, this toilet covers all bases.

Very Happy with Toilet

Bought three months ago, professionally installed. Height of toilet is perfect ("comfort height"), flushes perfectly and quietly, much easier to keep clean than previous toilet. No issues of any kind, so far.

nice size while not being too deep. wish I didn't have to hold the flush down for a couple seconds but oh well.

Seat does not fit

Just had it installed and naturally, the last part to go in is the toilet seat. Take a look at these pics. Worst part -- try and find the correct toilet seat to go on this model.

Poor quality

Bought in 2017. After 1 year the plastic hinges started to break on seat and cover. After 4 years the remote stopped communicating with toilet. Now issues with the flushing - found a piece of debris blocking the flush nozzle (presumably came from inside the toilet since it has that filter installed) For the $ you think they could work out these poor quality issues. Other than that basically works as intended. Buttons on the seat still work at least.
