Of the shower pans I have installed, this is by far the worst. you have to silicone and screw on the flange that attaches to the wall and its 3 seperate pieces. when you attach it to the shower pan, it tilts the flange in away from the studs and it is Very flimsy. this thing is designed to leak.

Shipping delay and poor communication

This item was ordered November 2nd with a delivery date of November 14th. The item didn’t arrive until November 27th after multiple phone calls to the store and several attempts to contact the shipper. This caused a work stop and paying the contractor for delay of work. Had the item not arrived on the 27th the contractor was moving on to another job on the 28th.
