Health risks!
We got this installed a little over 6 months ago. It seems to help with the calcium deposits. We didn't see a huge reduction in that time, but there was also no increase. This the premise behind the NuvoH20, that it will help over the longterm. However and more important, there are health issues we had while using this water conditioner. Worthless
I have noticed absolutely no change in hard water stains. Waste of money and I’m very frustrated.

I like that it uses no salt. Nice that it only needs serviced every six months.
Easy install and operation
It was time to replace our water softener and after a BUNCH of research this one seemed to us like the best way to go forward and skip the need for salt. The installation was very straight forward. I had the whole thing up and running in a couple of hours. I also installed a water meter to monitor the amount of water flow out of the softener as it will take us longer than six months (recommended replacement every six months or 50,000 gallons) to go through 50K gallons of water.

not a “water softener”
If you are on well water this will do NOTHING. This is not a “water softener” and I’m surprised they can claim it is and not be sued.
Easy to install
Seen a difference immediately on my glass shower door, so easy to clean now. No hard water buildup.
