Lowe’s in Lima assembled the patio heater for me. It did not work. It seems a malfunction of the pilot/self light. I have to reload and take it back. I wish they would’ve made sure it lite before I picked it uo

Terrible customer service! Beware!
After seeing these reviews it looks like hardware being missing is a common problem for this company. I was missing 8 screws and it’s beyond frustrating and customer service is so petty that they want me to pay for the hardware pack for their mistake. Absolutely pathetic! Don’t buy any products from this company because if you need their customer service they will just nickel and dime and probably not want to help you.

Worst quality product I've ever purchased
Build quality is ABYSMAL! Every piece was damaged and parts are missing, see the photos for the bent reflector and missing door screw. I need this for an event tomorrow so I didn't bother with a return, but this ugly, busted heater will now be a fixture in my backyard.
