Damaged (Lost Customer)
Took about 10 days to receive the tankless water heater. It was delivered by FedEx. The box was more tape than cardboard. Tried contacting mylow. What a JOKE!!! Finally got a hold of an associate that I couldn’t understand . Told him about the damage to the unit and that it was used. He told me he could give me a 15.00 credit and I had to return it to the store. My nearest store is over 2 hours away. Asked who was going to reimburse me for the 4-5 hours and fuel. Sorry 15.00 dollars. Because of...
Very old product that was more than was sold
Noise
We’ve never resolved the loud noise caused by the crossover valve. The heater performs well, but we’re left to suffer with the noise as we can’t afford to have a traditional dedicated return line installed. I’m a general contractor and I will dissuade my clients from getting a recirculating unit with just a crossover valve. It’s flawed technology…

Satisfied Customer
I love not having to worry about enough hot water when we have guests in our home. We used to have a tank water heater, but towards the end of it’s lifespan the pilot light kept going out. Now, I have peace of mind with our Nortiz . Everyone has hot showers. Nortiz is not the cheapest, but as I get older, I’d rather have great quality with peace of mind..

Happy with the product
Works really well except for one small thing. Sometimes after the water gets hot, it will get a little cold for a short while, then is hot for the rest of the time. We are happy we switched to tankless.

Noritz Tankless Water Heater
I replaced my old water heater with the Noritz tankless water heater and I couldn't be happier. I am using less water to get hot water across my house and my gas bill has dropped to the point I almost owe nothing. This was the best decision I could have made. Any thanks to the Great team at All Pro Plumbing my pipes are fantastic, No more Worries.

No more risk of Water Tank burst.
The installing company (The Water Heater Company) was very thorough and made sure that the location was appropriate and to code. The installation went well and matched the quote provided. The only slip up was that the power cord was not long enough to reach the outlet about 6ft away, so we had to use an extension cord. While the unit seems to be working fine, hot water is not instantaneous (which I maybe mistakenly assumed it would be) and still takes about 30 seconds to get hot. The cold water ...

Cost vs. comparable competitors
Slightly more expensive than other brands but has been worth every penny

2nd Warranty Unit Works Better, But...
Second Noritz unit, replacing the original builder-installed version on a new construction. That one was having signficant issues (incomplete combustion, resulting in loud bangs that visibly popped the front of the unit). Local certified technician couldn't fix after multiple attempts and, to Noritz' credit, they replaced the original (after 3 years of service) with an upgraded model. This one works better in terms of heating & circulating the water, but it seems to cycle on every 90-120 seco...
