Good product
I had these lights professionally installed, so I can't speak to the ease or difficulty of installation. However, I've been using them for about a year, and am very happy. The switch between color temperatures is a nice feature that I use a lot, and having them on a dimmer offers a lot of flexibility for task lighting version a more ambient, nightlight effect.
Nice lights with some installation quirks
I'm giving this product a mixed review. The lights are excellent, but the installation was "meh". The lights are nice and thin, so they are unobtrusive under the cabinets. My cabinet faces overhand the cabinet bottoms by a little over an inch, and the lights are practically invisible unless you twist your head to look under the cabinets. They are plenty bright, and the switchable color temperature is a really great feature. It allowed me to match the under-cabinet lights to the overhead lights...
Very easy to install.
Perfect fit under kitchen cabinet.
For once, a replacement that matches the old stuff
One of our older version of these lights burned out and I was concerned that we would have to replace them all for the light color to match. Thankfully there are three options on the light and one matched the old light perfectly. The punch outs were a little different, but it wasn't a problem to install with the existing wires.

If you link 2 of these together what is the gap between light bars? For example if 2 8" bars are linked does it still take up 16" or is it more than this?
