Three 30 mm cordierite stones as the cooking surface.
One 10 mm cordierite stone at the top of the cooking chamber to radiate heat and faster cooking, Illuminated knobs and An additional warming drawer at the base of the oven.
Separate crumb chute at the bottom of the oven, Removable 304 Stainless Steel doors with heat insulation and 304 Stainless Steel handles and Carefully designed with ample air intake and exhaust vents to avoid overheating

Let me 1st start with I have been making wood fire brickoven pizza for many moons and know my way around it, I was getting tired of wood because making 2 pies for the kids was a Hassel but worth it lol. Great oven and impressive design
Heats up very fast and retains heat well. Cooking time for pizza is 2-4 minutes with constant turning for even cooking. Would like to use warming drawer with more residual heat.
