It took almost two months to have this delivered, with problems every step of the way. New Age customer service was useless. I'm so furious, I returned it immediately after I received it. You can get similar products from other brands which is what I'm doing.

They have been great so far. Started with the welded cabinets then got the RTA. Both solid quality. Rather easy to assemble.

This product is a great one - well designed for garage need, reasonably sturdy - best in the product line, easy to assemble. From packaging, surprisingly, the manual for storage cabinet missing. However, Lowes Customer Support was vague, one representative cannot explain the process or provide information with responsibility. Their willingness to facilitate the customer is zero. 42in wide cabinet
We really like the cabinet, however, it came with ONLY 3 shelves and new age does not sell the shelf alone. Had we known that, we would NEVER have purchased the unit. My husband has entirely too much stuff to fit on only three shelves.
