Sturdy wall shelves at a decent price
Product is as described: solid, heavy steel shelves. Once I figured out how exactly I was going to install them, it took me a good afternoon to get it done (I'm not especially handy). Everything came in an approximately 4'x2' flat box. The diagonal cross supports for the larger shelf would be too long to fit in the box, so they ship 4x pieces that you connect at the center - this threw me off at first, but their support line was very helpful.

Super functional shelves.
The product is really nice, very sturdy and functional, it is exactly what we needed. The only reason why im not rating it 5 stars is because of the instructions to assemble it. They are very confusing specially if you are using concrete anchors.

Confusing install. But amazing results
Getting started was probably the hardest thing. And the instructions are a nightmare. They direct you to different pages and it's so confusing. What helped alot was the install videos on YouTube. I watched all of them including the DIYer vids. My big issue was the brackets weren't lining up to 96 inches. I can get 48 from middle to left/right. But the outer brackets were shy an inch at 95. I called their customer service line and they were no help. The first agent said it MIGHT work. But I didn...

Really nice shelves. Very sturdy. Minor problem with the cables for the 4x8 shelf. The cables popped out. Not sure if they was meant to happen because they reattached. However, I feel a bit uneasy that the shelf may fall.

I had a VersaRac at my other house, so I already knew the build quality of the pro series wall mounted shelf was going to be excellent. The pro series wall mounted shelf looks the best in the market in my opinion. The reason I went with the pro series wall mounted shelf vs. the VersaRac was the idea of having a rack flush to the wall.
