Confusing install. But amazing results
Getting started was probably the hardest thing. And the instructions are a nightmare. They direct you to different pages and it's so confusing. What helped alot was the install videos on YouTube. I watched all of them including the DIYer vids. My big issue was the brackets weren't lining up to 96 inches. I can get 48 from middle to left/right. But the outer brackets were shy an inch at 95. I called their customer service line and they were no help. The first agent said it MIGHT work. But I didn...

great shelf
Great wall mounted shelf. Do not use the anchors for block or cement. The 3/8 anchor stripped when tightening in the cement. Had to smash drill hammer to get it out. Bought my own anchors 1/2 inch. Drilled tje frame to except it. Alot of work but its worth it.
