Dog broke front bar

Nice out Of box and not too heavy. In a storm our dog was anxious and broke a front bar in door. Plastic broke at bottom. She is normally calm but be aware a strong dog can break the plastic holding the metal door bars

poor customer service

ordered. it came. piece broken. instructions say email to get replacement parts. they tell me it's going to be 3-4 weeks before I can receive it. terrible.

Great for our bloodhound, there is plenty of room and looks great in our home

I Mailed this item back to lowes because it was broken and i have yet to be refunded

broken less than a month

had this kennel less than a month. its been raining and this morning i didnt have time to wash my dog before putting her in the kennel. she has anxiety and absolutely demolished this kennel. there were no structure issues 2 days ago. i was excited with how it was holding up for us but she was jumping up and down and it busted. do not reccomend for people who have dogs that are strong at all. she was just jumping when it exploded.

Nice Looking & Easy to Assemble

This crate is actually white, unlike beige color in the picture. Despite that, the crate is very easy to assemble and it looks really great. Reminds me of something from pottery barn. I assembled by myself in about 10 minutes. My dog is crate trained and does not chew or rustle around, so this is perfect for her. Otherwise the material is particle board so it will not do well for squirmy dogs.
