Sad looking tree

I've only ordered a live tree online once before. It was from another company. This tree is very disappointing. Thin, needles falling off, and just plain ugly. As soon as it arrived, I unboxed it and put it in water in the stand. Contacted Lowe's. They took off 15%. Not much help. I'll probably end up going out and buying another tree because this one just looks awful. I only ordered the tree because I'd had such a good experience from another company when I ordered one a few years ago....

Charlie Brown tree

This is the skinniest tree I have ever seen. The base of the trunk is about 1.5 inches. The weak little thing is pathetic. I dont think the branches will even hold ornaments and most of the needles fell off when I brought it into the house. Do not buy unless you are using for firewood.

Best online fresh cut experience!

We were in a pinch with a car and couldn’t making it to any tree farms this year so opted to online purchasing. The package arrived fast and quite organized (with no damages to any branches). Very pleased with this purchase and it’s so wonderful to have it just in time for Christmas. Thank you!

Not Fresh

Tree was not fresh, contained an extraordinary amount of dead needles within it (warranting an instruction to open & wash outside), and was not given a fresh cut on the bottom to absorb water. It also was not straight & the delivery person did not ring the doorbell to advise of its arrival (necessary to protect against porch pirates). The experience was not worth the $100. Very disappointed.

Fresh Christmas tree was a real disappointment

The tree was delivered 3 days late and dried out. Even though I immediately placed it in a bucket of water, it lost 50% of its needles within the first day of delivery.
