It was basically a cardboard sleeve with nothing in it. Maybe someone stole the package contents but I’m out $5.

Couldn’t get it to stick to a rough backing on a rug, but it might work on a flat one.

If you're looking for something heavy duty, this is not a product to buy. We have dogs and this was a very subtle stick from the rug to our kitchen floor.
