Came on time and was well packed , simple to install and gives off some great heat and looks fantastic !!

Ugly
This is really, just an ugly fireplace. The flames are not vibrant nor very tall. They only fill the bottom quarter of the firebox. It works, and is quiet, but does not look good on the wall, both when its on or off.
